Forrest Brooks recently passed his Professional Engineering exam and is now a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina.

Forrest joined RKA in 2021 as a Hydraulic Design Associate. Forrest earned his master’s degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from North Carolina State University. Since joining the firm, Forrest has contributed to the overall success of RKA. He has worked on many NCDOT and private design contracts from minor turn lanes to sound bridges and interstate loops.

“Receiving my PE license is surreal to me. I’ve been determined to reach the next phase of my career and obtaining the PE initials next to my name really shows that all my hard work has paid off,” Forrest said. “I look forward to becoming a mentor with a Project Manager position and continuing to learn and grow, while also sharing my knowledge with others as they advance in their careers.”
