Joe Wallace, SCTPP Announced as RKA’s Virginia State Private Traffic Lead

Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) welcomes Joe Wallace, SCTPP to our Richmond, VA office as the state private traffic lead.

Mr. Wallace has over 30 years of experience in all facets of transportation and traffic engineering design. Throughout his career, he has managed quality control and customer service excellence with all of his clients. Which include, VDOT, NAVFAC, localities and private developers.

Joe’s most recent role was for H&B Surveying and Mapping, LLC as Business Development Manager, a position he held since 2018. With H&B, he was responsible for business development, growth planning, and administrative functions related to payroll, proposals and billing. 

Before H&B, Joe was the Virginia Regional Operations Manager for John Davenport Engineering, Inc. Joe was responsible for project management of road improvement plans, traffic impact studies, traffic control plans, project team supervision and business development.

years of proven leadership in security and mitigation design and emergency planning and operations
