RKA Transportation Design Engineer Michael Dioquino earned his North Carolina Professional Engineering license in December 2022.

Michael joined RKA as a Roadway Design Associate in September 2018 after receiving a degree in Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering from George Mason University. Michael has four years of experience with roadway and transit design, as well as hydraulics. His responsibilities have also included assisting with drainage plans, traffic control plans, pavement marking plans, and construction administration.

“This license signifies a higher level of responsibility not only to my company and clients but to the public as well,” Michael said. “I’m excited by the increased expectation to take initiative on projects and promote company growth.”
