The North Carolina Turnpike Authority and NCDOT recently gathered to celebrate the beginning of the Complete 540 project in Raleigh.
The North Carolina Turnpike Authority and NCDOT recently gathered to celebrate the beginning of the Complete 540 project in Raleigh. The construction of this 28-mile highway will be completed in multiple phases until it connects the outer loop around the greater Raleigh area and creates a six-lane expressway. This transportation advancement will successfully improve mobility and help to reduce congestion. RKA’s President and CEO, Mr. Monty Irvin, proudly serves on the Board for the NC Turnpike Authority.
