Project Overview
East Wake Academy entrusted RKA to run a Traffic Study on student pickup and dropoff. The academy planned on expanding its number of students by 600 and needed RKA to determine what was needed to accommodate this change. RKA recommended a staggered bell schedule and multiple design accommodations to mitigate potential traffic problems. The recommendations should minimize the time parents and their children are stuck in traffic, which will improve quality of life for all involved.
