Project Overview
Potomac Baseball LLC selected RKA to prepare a Traffic Impact Analysis on roads leading to a proposed baseball stadium in Fredericksburg, VA. Potomac Baseball was eager to move to a new stadium for a rebrand, so RKA needed to complete the analysis in short timeframe. RKA quickly determined that no additional work was needed to create a satisfactory traffic flow, saving Potomac Baseball LLC time and money that they can devote to other parts of operating a Minor League Baseball Team.
