Project Overview
RKA provided roadway, railroad, drainage, erosion control, pavement marking, signing, signal design, and utility coordination services for a new 2,000 LF four-lane divided roadway for the Freedom Town Center located near the intersection of Cliffdale Road and Skibo Road (US 401) in Fayetteville, NC. The project also consisted of the realignment of 1,500 LF of the Aberdeen & Rockfish Railroad. Freedom Parkway Drive is a City maintained street.
