RKA Announced Joe Wallace, SCTPP, MEMS, CPC As Director of Virginia
Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) names Joe Wallace, SCTPP, MEMS, CPC as Director of Virginia
RKA has promoted Joe Wallace to Director of Virginia to manage all aspects of Virginia operations while promoting the continued growth of the firm. Joe succeeds Jeff Bragdon, who was recently promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Wallace’s responsibilities involve maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, overseeing staff production, and leading QA/QC of work products.
Joe Wallace began his career with RKA only 6 short months ago. Since then, he has proven efficiency as RKA’s Virginia State Traffic Lead, while bringing 5+ years of traffic and transportation planning experience to the firm.
Throughout his career, Joe has managed QA/QC deliverables, while establishing and maintaining upstanding relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients and projects including the DOT, various localities, private developers, and NAVFAC.
Joe also served as Virginia Regional Operations Manager for John Davenport Engineering, Inc., where he oversaw roadway improvement plans, traffic impact analyses, and supervised a team of planners and engineers.
Mr. Wallace is excited about his new role and looks forward to expanding the outreach and portfolio of RKA’s Virginia operations.
