RKA Announces Mike Bailey as VA State Operations Lead
Ramey Kemp Associates (RKA) is pleased to announce the promotion of Mike Bailey to Virginia State Operations Lead. Mr. Mike Bailey, PE, PTOE has worked for RKA for close to 6 years, but has over 11 years of experience in the industry.
His experience includes preparing traffic impact studies, traffic signal designs, signal timing plans, signal warrant studies, work zone traffic control plans, roundabout implementation/design, parking demand studies, and traffic calming studies. Mr. Bailey has experience working in the public sector and project management experience on various types of projects.
