Raleigh, NC – Ramey Kemp & Associates (RKA) is merging with DRMP, Inc. (DRMP) to broaden transportation engineering service offerings to our growing client base in the Mid-Atlantic region including the Carolinas and Virginia.

By streamlining operations, we will create a united critical mass of over 175 staff within the Mid-Atlantic region, allowing us to better serve our clients by providing more resources and capabilities as a blended company.

Additionally, the merger provides RKA’s team with access to DRMP’s business operation resources allowing enhanced opportunities for career growth, work sharing, and greater access to investment in tools and training.

The merger is anticipated to be complete by January 2024. Jeff Bragdon, PE, PMP, RKA’s Chief Operating Officer, will be the interim RKA leader helping to facilitate a smooth transition into DRMP.
