Ramey Kemp Associates’ project development staff have managed and/or developed environmental documentation for projects ranging in scale from freeways on new locations requiring environmental impact statements to sidewalk projects requiring check-list categorical exclusions.

Our staff are also experienced in performing traffic noise and air quality analyses for highway projects. We have conducted both preliminary and final design traffic noise analyses for design-bid-build and design-build projects, including for several projects which will widen over 50 miles of I-95 in North Carolina.

RKA staff have managed over a billion dollars’ worth of projects through the project development and environmental documentation process.
